English: The Marcos 1800 was originally Volvo engined, though later versions used British Ford engines, possibly in response to UK currency devaluations. This is a 1967 Lawrencetune Marcos 1650 GT, one of only 32 (or 20?) built. All were built in 1967, when the 1500 (and 1650) were both replaced by Ford's new crossflow 1600 engine. OHS 763F First registered in February 1968. |
