Die katholische Wallfahrtskirche Maria Birnbaum in Sielenbach, einer Gemeinde im Landkreis Aichach-Friedberg im bayerischen Regierungsbezirk Schwaben, wurde in der zweiten Hälfte des 17. Jahrhunderts als einer der ersten Zentralbauten des Barock in Bayern errichtet. Mit ihren Kuppeln und Türmen lässt die den Sieben Schmerzen Mariens geweihte Kirche an einen orthodoxen Kirchenbau denken.
