Rückseite: ΔIONYΣOY - ΣΩTHPOΣ // MAPΩNITΩN. Dionysos steht in Vorderansicht, Kopf nach l. Er hält in seiner r. Hand Weintrauben, in seiner l. zwei Stäbe, im r. und l. F. innen je ein Monogramm.

Kommentar: Mit der Einführung der Tetradrachme attischen Münzfußes wird das bisher gewohnte und dominierende Münzbild des Pferdes bzw. der Pferdeprotome auf der Vs. und des Weinstockes bzw. der Weintraube auf der Rs. aufgegeben und durch das neue Münzbild des Dionysos mit Efeukranz auf der Vs. und dem stehenden Dionysos auf der Rs. ersetzt.
