William Templet, Naval Air Facility Misawa’s Security Detachment Officer-In-Charge, from Plaqueminem, La., left, presents Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Anthony Lauersdorf, from Oak Harbor, Wash., the United States Flag after witnessing Lauersdorf’s oath of enlistment during a re-enlistment ceremony at Naval Air Facility Misawa, adding four years to Lauersdorf’s active duty service contract. Lauersdorf joined the Navy in 2013 after graduating from Oak Harbor High School. He was a swim coach at the Vanderzicht Memorial Swimming Pool and is the son of Eliza and Anthony Lauersdorf.
