English: Urethra-Massage

This is a little slower method but perfect for trainng the penis head to become very sensitive.
With the fingertip of the index finger apply a little massage oil, (check this out, it must be safe for internal use) slightly stretch the hole so you can insert the tip of your finger and massage your hole, while you fix the thumb and the other fingers on the head of your penis. There’s no need to use massage oil if you have pre cum unless you like it really smooth and oily for the extra lubricant.

This technique is particularly useful when you are about to climax, but still want to delay this. Teach your partner this technique but don’t get too carried away and stretch your urethra hole to wide, you can have your partner put her tongue inside your hole to moisten or finish you off after you have climaxed or are about to.

Mit der Fingerkuppe des Zeigefingers wird der Harnröhrenausgang, also das Pissloch massiert und der Eingang dabei leicht gedehnt. Dabei fixieren der Daumen und die anderen Finger den Schwanz. Wenn noch kein eigener Vorsaft (Precum) ausgetreten ist, empfiehlt es sich, einen Tropfen Öl zu verwenden.
