Das beste Ergebnis erzielt man, wenn die Hoden bei nicht erigiertem Penis und entspanntem Hodensack abgebunden werden, da dadurch, bei nachfolgender Erektion, der Abschnüreffekt entsprechend verstärkt wird und sich die dann prall abgebundenen Hoden seitlich (links und rechts) neben die Peniswurzel heben.
