English: Copper Engraving showing the fall of the Mauerkirchen Meteorite in 1768, from the 1769 booklet "Nachricht und Abhandlung von einem in Bayern unweit Maurkirchen den 20. November 1768 aus der Luft herab gefallenen Stein". Photo taken at the Munich Mineral show 2018, which featured a special exhibition on the occasion of the 250. anniversary of fall of the Mauerkirchen meteorite.
Deutsch: Kupferstich der den Fall des Meteoriten von Mauerkirchen im Jahr 1768 zeigt, aus dem 1769 erschienenen Buch "Nachricht und Abhandlung von einem in Bayern unweit Maurkirchen den 20. November 1768 aus der Luft herab gefallenen Stein". Aufgenommen während der Mineralientage München 2018, bei der eine Sonderausstellung aus Anlass des 250. Jahrestages des Meteoritenfalls von Mauerkirchen gezeigt wurde.
