English: Maythorne in the English county of Nottinghamshire. Three footpaths converge at this gate that then continues across the River Greet at the former Maythorne Mill. Two come across meadows from the Norwood View area, north of the Southwell-Kirklington road and one, part of the Robin Hood Way, arrives here from the north-east. The building in the distance is the centre piece of a small light industrial enterprise that is reached by a drive at the entrance to the hamlet. |
