Description

Ingredients (serves 3): 500g beef mince 1 carrot 1 onion 1 egg 50g butter 50g olive oil (for potato) wholemeal flour 3 potatoes salt pepper green Other pictures: one, two Combine mince, carrot, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well. Form rissoles and roll in a flour. Melt butter. Cook rissoles on a pan for 10 min (medium fire) on each side and 5 min with a lid on.

Serve with fried potato and green.
