English: HeLa cells expressing Fucci (mKO2-hCdt1 (red) for G1 and mAG-hGeminin (green) for S/G2/M) were treated with control siRNA and time lapse image was recorded by LCV100 Microscopy (Olympus). Both videos start at 24 hrs after siRNA transfection. Total imaging time was 72 hr. Images were acquired every 60 min. Playback speed is 21600× real time. |
