Description
English: Lt. Conor O'Neil, a pilot attached to Strike Fighter Squadron 34, explains the F/A-18 Hornet to retired Capt. Thomas J. Hudner, a Medal of Honor recipient, at Naval Air Station Oceana. Hudner, a naval aviator, was awarded the Medal of Honor for heroically attempting to rescue Ensign Jesse L. Brown, who had been shot down by enemy fire near the Chosin Reservoir, North Korea, Dec. 4, 1950.
