Čeština: * Pamětní deska připomínající osobnost Doreen Warrinerové (1904 - 1972) umístěná ve veřejném prostoru v Praze na budově hotelu Alcron (Štěpánská 623/40, 110 00 Praha 1 - Nové Město). Autorem pamětní desky je český architekt, herec a spisovatel David Vávra.
  • Doreen Warriner (nebo též: Doreen Warrinerová; celým jménem: Doreen Agnes Rosemary Julia Warrinerová) byla britská humanitární pracovnice, která v Československu v zimě na přelomu let 1938/1939 iniciovala a spoluorganizovala záchranné transporty lidí ohrožených nacistickým režimem. Na těchto záchranných operacích se podíleli také: Marie Schmolková, Nicholas Winton, Trevor Chadwick, Beatrice Wellingtonová, Bill Barzetti.

  • Mrs. Doreen Warriner (full name: Doreen Agnes Rosemary Julia Warriner) was a British humanitarian worker who initiated and co-organized the rescue transports of people threatened by the Nazi regime in the winter of 1938/1939 in the Czechoslovakia. These rescue operations was also organized by her co-workers: Mrs. Marie Schmolková, Sir Nicholas Winton, Mr. Trevor Chadwick, Mrs. Beatrice Wellington, Mr. Bill Barzetti.
