English: Supplementary Movie 3 Temporally compressed TIRFM imaging sequences of primary cultured neuron soma expressing CFP-DAT before, during and after activation of archaerhodopsin with 590nm light between frames. Note steady increase in RFP-DAT signal beginning at 0:01sec and gradual reduction beginning at 0:03sec, in line with photo-stimulation duration.
