Description Memorial tablet erected by the officers and men of the U.S. Navy Destroyer Squadron Fifteen in memory of the three officers and eighteen enlisted crewmen lost with the destroyer USS Chauncey (DD-3) on 19 November 1917. It was photographed during the dedication ceremonies at Gibraltar after World War I.
