Description
English: principial wiring diagram of memory relay.
  • Principe of working:
    • a) You push the button SB1, current's way will be: hot wire → diode bridge → button "SB1" → relay's K1 NC-contact → limiting resistor → thyristor's VS1 gate → diode bridge → neutral wire. Thyristor VS1 will open relay K1 and lamp HL1 begin to shine, cause all K1 NO-switches will be turned on. Capacitor C1 keeping voltage value on thyristor's anode at enough to support thyristor's continuing work.
    • b) You push the button SB1 second time, current's way will be: hot wire → diode bridge → button "SB1" → K1 NO-contact → relay K2 with NC-contact → diode bridge → neutral wire. Relay K2 will disenergize thyristor's VS1 anode through NC-contact. As thyristor VS1 doesn't get driving current to its gate, relay K1 will interrupt all NO-contacts and lamp HL1 turns off; while K1 turns off, diode VD1 is receiving all self-induction to itself, protecting thyristor VS1 against overcurrent.
