English: Supplementary Movie 2 Inhibition of mitophagy flux induces MSC apoptosis. Apoptosis of human MSCs cultured under normal serum conditions in the presence of low (3-5 μM) concentrations of chloroquine, which prevents lysosomal degradation and blocks the mitophagy flux of mitochondria in mitophagosomes.
