Description U.S. Air Force pilot Captain Tom Collins test flies a Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-15bis at an air base on Okinawa, Japan. North Korean Senior Lt. No Kum-Sok had defected with this aircraft at Kimpo air base, South Korea, on 21 September 1953. It was brought on the same day to Okinawa. Note the North American F-86 Sabre taking off with the MiG-15.
