Tobias arrived in Hong Kong on Monday morning on August 20th, 2012. To begin his first Michelin-Star tour in Hong Kong, he visited one of Hong Kong's specialties: Michelin-Star fast food restaurants. While dining at Tim Ho Wan Dim Sum Specialists in Sham Shui Po, a television crew was shooting a program and he was asked to be interviewed because of his amazing good looks. This is what happened that day.

Lotus leaf rice / Chicken sticky rice (糯米雞 lo6 mai5 gai1): Glutinous rice is wrapped in a lotus leaf into a triangular or rectangular shape. It contains egg yolk, dried scallop, mushroom, water chestnut and meat (usually pork and chicken). These ingredients are steamed with the rice and although the leaf is not eaten, its flavour is infused during the steaming. Lo mai gai is a kind of rice dumpling.
