The penis, the part principally affected, is very much increased in size, hard and presenting on the surface watery excrescences. The prepuce is so much hypertrophied that the glans penis is almost buried from view. The scrotum is also enlarged and there is also hypertrophy of the connective tissue of the perineum. Wf ings. The part would remain somewhat enlarged after each attack of inflammation. These attacks formed one of the most troublesome features of the case. He also suffered from chronic albuminuria.
