Description

Dit is een echte 45km auto.

De brommobiel wordt in de volksmond ook vaak 45km auto genoemd. De brommobiel is volgens de wetgeving een bromfiets met gesloten carrosserie. In de brommobiel mogen maximaal 2 personen en het voertuig mag 45km per uur. Voor een brommobiel hebt u een AM rijbewijs (bromfiets) nodig, maar moet u de regels voor personenauto’s in acht nemen. U mag met een brommobiel op 50- en 80km wegen rijden en moet parkeren in parkeervakken. In tegenstelling tot een brommobiel heeft u voor een invalidenvoertuig geen AM rijbewijs nodig, en mag u ook over het fietspad en trottoir rijden en op de stoep parkeren. De maximum snelheid van brommobielen en invalidenvoertuigen is 45km per uur, zowel binnen als buiten de bebouwde kom. De voertuigen zijn daarom niet toegestaan op autowegen en snelwegen.
