English: Nanomedicine and nanoparticle drug formulations have made their way into the development of unique therapies in almost all treatment subjects, including vaccines, antimicrobials, immunotherapy, cancer therapy, biological agents, and genetic medicine. Nevertheless, the translation of nanoparticle drug delivery systems from academic research to clinical practice has been investigated slowly. Notably, these problems can be solved by microfluidic technologies.
