Millers Run-Fallen Timber Road (County Road 26) over Rocky Fork Creek Madison Township, Scioto County, Ohio April 14, 2008

The bridge design is a Warren polygonal pony truss of welded steel construction. The bridge has an overall length of 62 feet with a roadway width of 24 feet, and consists of 1 main span.

The bridge is reported to have been built in 1940 and reconstructed in 1992.
