Summary edit

Description
English: Mining levels at Goginan Landscaping and vegetation growth have not yet totally obliterated the remains of Goginan mine. The mine is thought to have dated from pre-Roman times and was worked until 1886. The silver-lead ore extracted here was high in silver content, as was all that mined in the Cwmerfyn area. It is estimated that upwards of 500000 ounces of silver were extracted from Goginan.
