Summary edit
DescriptionMinnesota flag submission F1953.svg |
English: This flag was submitted to the Minnesota State Emblems Redesign Commission. The background of the flag is split into three distinct sections with a tricolor of dark blue, white, and green arranged diagonally from the upper hoist to the lower fly. At the hoist side, the dark blue field takes the largest area, forming a right triangle with the base along the flag's hoist and the height extending halfway across the flag. A large white eight-pointed star is centrally placed within the blue field, near the hoist. The middle stripe is white and forms a narrower band, creating a smaller right triangle with its base on the top edge of the flag. The third stripe is green, occupying the bottom section of the flag and mirroring the white stripe's shape |
