Description
English: Movement of β-GFP-labeled mitochondria in leaf at mature M stage. The leaf was analysed by means of confocal laser scanning microscope. The movie was recorded at 1 frame per 1.6 seconds. Playback is at 7.5 frames/second (12x normal speed), so the movie represents 48 seconds of real time.
