Summary edit

Description
Eesti: Mitokondrid (pildil punased), raku energiat tootvad organellid, kus viiakse lõpule glükoosi lagundamine ja sünteesitakse ATP-d; rakutuumad (pildil rohelised), organellid, mille ülesanneteks on juhtida raku elutegevust ja kanda edasi pärilikku infot kromosoomides asuva DNA abil; mikrofilamendid ehk aktiinifilamendid (pildil kollased ja sinised), rakkude tsütoskeletis leiduvad aktiinist koosnevad kõige peenemad filamendid, mis võtavad osa raku liikumisest ja kuju muutmisest. Kõik need organellid on rakkudes värvitud spetsiifiliste fluorestseeruvate värvidega, 3D pilt on tehtud laserskaneeriva konfokaalmikroskoobiga, ja organellide 3D mudel on konstrueeritud tarkvara abil.
