Description
English: Movie representing animation of the projections along the first eigenvector for the Trp150Ala LOX-1 protein. The main chain is represented by the red tube while the Cα atoms of the basic spine arginines are indicated by the yellow van der Waals spheres. This video was produced using the program VMD [38].
