| Description |
English: Morozov Palace, Podsosensky Lane, Moscow. The core was built in late 18th century and rebuilt to present-day appearance by Dmitry Chichagov in 1879. Interiors were remodelled in 1895-1900 by Fyodor Schechtel and Mikhail Vrubel. In the back yard, there are standalone buildings by Schechtel (electrical powerplant, 1895) and Ivan Bondarenko (1914, apartment building). Русский: Городская усадьба В. Е. Морозова в Москве (Подсосенский переулок, 21). Здание построоено Дмитрием Чичаговым в 1879 на месте усадьбы XVIII века (её главный дом стоял в глубине владения; он был позже надстроен до пяти этажей, но в нём ещё угадывается облик старой усадьбы - см. фото). В 1895 интерьеры были перестроены по проектам Ф. О. Шехтеля и М. А. Врубеля; постройки рубежа XIX-XX веков на хозяйственном дворе проектировали Шехтель и И. Е. Бондаренко. |
