Description
English: Mtss1 has no effect on scratch wound motility of calcium depleted cells. Scc9 cells (left panel) and Mtss1-GFP expressing Scc9 cells (right panel) were grown to confluence and switched to Ca2+-free KSFM overnight. Cells were then wounded with a pipette tip and wound closure was followed over 24 hours.
