Deutsch: Bei der Impedanzaggregrometrie (z.B. Multiplate) wird Hirudinblut mit Thrombozytenaktivatoren vermischt. Bei Aktivierung der Thrombozyten aggregieren diese an den in der Probe eingehängten Messelektroden. Dadurch wird die Impedanz zwischen zwei Messelektroden größer, was über die Zeit aufgezeichnet wird und als Maß für die Thrombozytenfunktion herangezogen werden kann. |
