Description
English: Spindle movements are reduced in SA cells as compared to WT cells. WT and SA cells were transformed with a plasmid expressing GFP-Tub1p to label spindle MTs and were analyzed by time-lapse microscopy for 60 min at 30 sec intervals. Spindle movements through the bud neck were reduced in SA cells (right). Bar, 3 µm.
