Description
English: Soldiers from Headquarters Company, 2nd Battalion, 502nd Infantry, 1st Brigade, 101st Airborne Division raised the American flag on “Ranger Hill”. The battalion was conducting search and destroy missions as a part of Operation “Cook” in the mountains of the Quang Ngai Province, Republic of Vietnam.
