English: Lt. Gen. Ulrich Wolf (German army) passed command of NATO Communication and Information System Services Agency to Lt. Gen. Kurt Herrmann (German air force) on April 24, at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, Belgium. The hand-over took place at the Alliance Auditorium and was officiated by the Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe, Gen. Sir John McColl. Wolf commanded NCSA since August 2004.
