日本語: 京都市南区久世殿城町の日本電産本社・中央開発技術研究所。2003年3月竣工。地上22階・地下2階、高さ100.6m。設計は都市居住文化研究所。施工は戸田建設。京都府内初の100mを超すビルで、京セラ本社ビル（高さ95m）を抜き府内で最も高い高層ビルになった。商業ビルでは世界初の大規模電力貯蔵システムも導入された。屋上にはヘリポートがある。
