English: Builder 3rd Class David Goebel, assigned to the Air Detachment of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, leads his crew during concrete placement at Naval Air Station Pensacola. Ten Seabees from NMCB-133 are replacing a pre-engineered canopy building used to store liquid oxygen tanks as construction practice during homeport operations in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
