Description
English: An old leather factory building was part of the "Veljekset Åström Osakeyhtiö" company 's larger industrial estate in Myllytulli, Oulu, Finland. This particular building was designed by architect Karl Sandelin (completed in 1907). Manufacturing ended in 1974. Until mid-1990s the building was used by different educational institutions, but has been recently renovated as an office hotel. The water tower behind the factory served water for the entire industrial area.
