Українська: Блокові наноструктури на поверхні фосфіду індію (електроліт 12H2O+2HCl+1HBr, температура електроліту – 50оС, час травлення – 10хв, під час травлення зразки освітлювали вольфрамовою лампою. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 2300 разів. Автори: Яна Сичікова і Сергій Ковачов
