English: Signed by Nathaniel Macon and attested by House Clerk John Beckley; The original resolution was introduced by John Randolph, which was accepted with amendments. Macon prepared this document to register his approval of the resolution as amended. The intent of the resolution was apparently in opposition to the Burr Conspiracy. |
