Summary edit

Description Minnesota National Guard Soldiers from the Moorhead-based 2nd Combined Arms Battalion, 136th Infantry drive a Humvee and a five ton truck through rushing water down Minnesota Highway 1 into Oslo on April 16, 2011. The small Minnesota town on the Red River of the North is surrounded by water, so the Minnesota National Guard provides a safe method of coming and going into Oslo.
