Natural climate change preceded the UNFCCC's 1988 Article 1 definition of climate change

Summary edit

Description
English: Natural climate change involves temperature oscillations over multiple time scales, such as epochs, glacial cycles, and millennial-, centennial-, decadal-, to annual-time scales. By understanding the concept of glacial cycles and utilizing the climate optimum (a glacial cycle's peak temperature) as a "bearing" on climate change, it becomes obvious that the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's (IPCC) unprecedented 30,000-50,000 year ice age delay is statistically refutable (and scientifically). This delay dramatically changes the inter-climate optimum interval (between glacial cycles) and the phasing gap between the corresponding Antarctic and global climate optima (i.e., same glacial cycles), as well as the interglacial interval. In effect, this IPCC ice age delay creates statistical outliers (P-value <0.05) and changes the data into a non-normal distribution. See endnotes 151-155, 161-167, 190-191 via https://grandsolarminimum.com/2019/05/22/the-ipcc-dismissed-catastrophic-natural-climate-change-risks/ for details on how the IPCC has unilaterally changed the ice age boundaries (i.e., without peer review) and disoriented the public and governments.
