English: Navy Aviation Warfare Systems Operator 1st Class Jason Blase, an aircrewman from the "Merlins" of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 3, presses the release button of a 360-gallon capacity precision helicopter firefighting Bambi bucket as the team helps extinguish fires near Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Point Mugu's base housing. Three helicopters from San Diego-based HSC 3 and HSC 21 are providing firefighting support in response to wildfires at NBVC.
