Deutsch: Vorderseite: Drapierte Büste eines bärtigen Mannes mit Helm nach r. Im l. F. ein S (wohl für Semis).

Rückseite: NEM COL. Salus/Hygieia steht in der Vorderansicht, den Kopf nach l. gewandt. Sie hat den l. Arm auf eine Säule gestützt und füttert aus einer Schale (patera) in der r. Hand zwei Schlangen.

Kommentar: Nemausus, der Hauptort der ostkeltischen Stämme der Volcae Arecomici, wurde 45 oder 44 v. Chr. von Tiberius Nero in eine colonia nach römischem Recht (Strabo 4,1,12) umgewandelt. Hygieia ist hier im Kontext der heiligen Quelle der Stadt zu sehen, deren Wasser eine heilende Wirkung nachgesagt wird.
