English: New York Guard Chaplain (NYG Captain) John Muniz closes a short ceremony held at New York National Guard Headquarters in Latham, New York and broadcast on line via Facebook Live, marking the 245th birthday of the Chaplains Corps on July 29, 1775. The New York Guard is New York state defense force. It's chaplains help augment the New York Army National Guard chaplain's corp in ministering to Soldiers and Airmen.
