English: New cycleway 3 The western ramp for the new cycle and footbridge shows the elevated course of the deck in the central reservation. Considerable new construction was necessary at this end, as can be seen in the concrete work outside the original retaining wall. The span of the footbridge makes a convenient support for lane control lights, seen here flashing a red aspect. At times, contra-flow is in place on either carriageway. Photo taken on the A55 road just west of the Pen-y-Clip tunnel near Llanfairfechan, Conwy, Wales. |
