English: The bankside of Schertle-See, a gravel pit near Rastatt.
Deutsch: An der Uferböschung des Schertle-Sees, eines Baggersees nordöstlich von Rastatt, stehen Kies, Schotter und Sand der Niederterrasse an. Eine Vielfalt von Gesteinen aus dem Einzugsbereich des Rheins in verschiedensten Korngrößen ist hier abgelagert. Die oberhalb der Flusssedimente liegende natürliche Bodenschicht fehlt hier, sie wurde am Uferweg abgeräumt.
