English: BBS treatment enhances growth cone actin dynamics. Cultured hippocampal neurons were incubated with 50 µM BBS and monitored for 1 h under Olympus IX81 inverted microscope with a CCD camera (Cascade 512B, Photometrics). Arrowheads indicate filopodial protrusions showing dynamic movements.
