Description
English: A U.S. Navy North American FJ-3 Fury (BuNo 135928) of Fighter Squadron 154 (VF-154) "Grand Slammers" at Moffett Field, California (USA). VF-154 converted to the FJ-3 in 1955-56 but never deployed with the type. The squadron was assigned to Carrier Air Group 15 (CVG-15) which changed its identification letter from "H" to "NL" in 1957. However, VF-154 converted to the Vought F8U-1 Crusader before its next deployment.
