| Description |
English: The outflow from Nottingham Canal into Tinkers Leen, with Castle Lock in the background. In the wet July of 2012 there was plenty of water to overflow from the canal to Tinkers Leen, which takes it to the Trent near Trent Bridge. The main channel of the River Leen now meets the Trent at Wilford. Tinkers Leen reflects its course in earlier centuries, running south of the Castle Rock. |
