Description
English: 3D dynein localization in C6 cells. The animation displays a 360° rotation of a C6 cell (maximum intensity projection shown in 3D, Imaris) fixed after live cell imaging. Microtubules are shown in red, dynein is in green. The nucleus (blue) was moving towards the left prior to fixation. The first frames of the movie show the top view of the cell. Note that dynein is distributed along microtubules and around the nucleus.
