Nuclear Stability and Decay Chart Z=60 - 118

Summary edit

Description
Nederlands: Zie engelse beschrijving
English: This is the second part of a graph, covering the atomic nuclei with 60 <= Z <= 118, of (N-Z) versus Z showing their stability and modes of radio active decay. The first part is shown in "Nuclear Stability and Decay Chart Z=0 - 60.svg". The data for this graph are obtained from the pages in the (english) "Category:Lists of isotopes by element" april 10 2023. In the graph only symbols are present, so the real legenda should be written in the language of your Wikipedia. In the graph the modes of decay are coded by colors, which are also, with a letter, present in the upper left corner. The meaning of the letters is:

s: This is a stable nucleus. u: According to theory, this nucleus should not be stable, but its instability is not proven by experiments. ?: This nucleus is present in the lists but their is no specification of their decay. p: Racioactivity by emitting a proton. α: Racioactivity by emitting an α particle. β-: Racioactivity by emitting a β- particle, an electron. β+: Racioactivity by emitting a β+ particle, a positron. e: A K-electron is captured into the nucleus. n: Racioactivity by emitting a neutron. d: The nucleus breaks up in at leat two parts heavier then an α particle.

Sometimes a radioactive event immidiatly is followed by a second radioactive event. Those cases are mentioned in the tables used, but in this chart only the first event is coded.
